My main focus is on Business Process Transformation. I enjoy helping my clients improve how they do business. Focused on the customer (internal & external) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), I help organizations identify and improve core processes, regardless of what functional areas they cross. There exists not only the typical Business and IT divide, but many times it is also the white space (or handoff's) between the functional business areas where a lot of issues and waste arise. By focusing on Business Process Management, Business Intelligence and Business Architecture you will start to build a successful Business Process Transformation framework.
